Root removal and toilet installation
This was the best plumber experience I have ever had. I ran into roots when I was swapping out my toilet. Techs Julian and Javier came by yesterday end-of-day (my appointment wasn’t until this morning) to take a look so they could make sure they had all the supplies needed when they came to do the job this morning. Explanations were clear and sensible. They photo documented their work so I could see exactly what they did. They were friendly, and they even made fast friends with my cats. From now on, I will always call Goettl when I need plumbing help!

Francesco was very professional and friendly. He immediately identified my plumbing problem. He explained what needed to be done and repaired the problem in less than 30 minutes. He explained warranty periods for the replacement parts installed, informed me of the costs and sent my invoice to my email address.
I had an emergency and they came within a few hours. Very up front about cost and what they would and would not do. It was expensive, but I needed someone immediately. I would use them again. Joshua was quick, efficient, and polite.

2/21/2025Goettl just completed an entire HVAC installation at our residence, including new line set. They were efficient and professional the entire time they spent in our home. I couldn't be more appreciative of the job they did.9/25/2024Just had a service and inspection by one of their AC professionals Shane Gray on a business property. He was quick, professional and courteous . Very happy to once again be helped by Goettle.6/16/24Shane lane came out to my home on a Sunday to help us get our condensing unit up and running again while we were baking in the house. He was quick knowledgeable and very friendly.2/5/24Julian and Devin came out to my business, Redbeard's Gentleman Barbershop in Marana and did a very thurough hydro jetting on an old cast iron sewage system that had been previously used for a Chinese Food restaurant .I was having reoccurring issues with backed up drain lines and flooding .These men arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and assessed what it was that was causing all my issues.It was years of build up grease from the aforementioned restaurant down the lines.They were able to clean all the grease,gunk, and iron particulates out and return the system to fully functional all within 1 1/2 hours.100% recommended and fully happy with the professionalism and courtesy Julian and Devin showed.
Nicholas did a wonderful job replacing my pipe and stopping the water waste every time I turned on the faucet.
Feb 2025 update- Jordan was very friendly and explained everything to me. I like Goettl’s Sadie program because I get reminders of when time for maintenance/rejuvenation services so my system will continue to function at best level. Goettl is on the higher cost level but I feel worth it.Jeremy was very nice and explained everything to me. I gave only 4 stars because my appointment was for 9am-1pm. I did not hear anything during this time so called scheduling. I was still on the schedule but he was delayed do to an emergency- I think someone should have called and informed me. Then have to laugh as got ready to hang up got message that Jeremy was on his way and arrived 40 minutes later.They have always been responsive to my calls. They are more expensive then others but I highly recommend them for complete honest service

Within minutes, Billy identified the problem and after explaining the issue and what he would need to do, quickly worked at repairing the problem. He did an incredible job fixing the pipe in the blistering heat and attached a regulator to my water source. I am so grateful for his due diligence in figuring out where the leak was located. David my HVAC professional from Goettl , was just that, a professional in every way. All the way down to doing a burn off !!!! Made my smoke detectors go off and the smell was not very pleasant…however he explained it to me this way…..when the manufacturer sends the units, they have a protective oil that keeps them from rusting before installation. The city of Tucson shut off our water b/c we had a large volume of water leaking. Within one hour Goettl plumbing was on the scene at our home. Their Italian plumber was very knowledgeable, courteous, and willing to help. He trouble-shooted the leak's origin in less then 30 minutes and took a potential large repair that involved digging up our driveway to a watering valve problem. Highly recommended. THANK YOU!

Update: Aug. 6, 2024: We had Francesco and Joe out today to replace all the emergency water shut off valves and install all stainless steel braided supply lines. I noticed a leak in our hot water heater around noon. I thought it would stop since we wouldn’t be using the water. When we got home in the evening, it was still leaking. Realizing we needed it to be fixed asap, we called a few different places. I figured Goettl would be expensive but I just needed it fixed. Agent on the phone was real and not AI. She said he would be out in a hour or so. Jaren Cooke showed up in 30 minutes. He took the time to show me how to shut off the water and what it could possibly be. In an hour he had it taken care of. The price was fair and the customer service excellent. With our busy schedule, Jaren Cooke with Goettl saved the day!

Francesco was very personable and explained everything he was checking: water softener & osmosis system and water heater. He tried to drain water heater but it was clogged with calcification. We got on the phone with the office and ordered a water heater that will be replaced later today.
Got a phone call for a free hot water heater flush and inspection decided to go ahead and get one done. Francesco tocci came out explained what he was going to do flushed out my hot water I asked him about soft water systems since I had purchased one at Lowe’s and needed it installed. He quickly called someone I Received a quick quote. Later that day technician Julian Bray came out to install my system. Both gentleman were very nice communicative and gave great service.

Just got our yearly plumbing check done free with our Sadie Membership. Julian was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in making sure we were informed about everything every step of the way. This was the best plumber experience I have ever had. I ran in to roots when I was swapping out my toilet. Techs Julian and Javier came by yesterday end-of-day (my appointment wasn’t until this morning) to take a look so they could make sure they had all the supplies needed when they came to do the job this morning. Explanations were clear and sensible. They photo documented their work so I could see exactly what they did. They were friendly, and they even made fast friends with my cats. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Francesco Tocci. Immediately he was polite and kind. He came into my home to find the water leak. He listened for a while and then went to work. He knew exactly where to cut and found the leak shortly after. He fixed the leak and explained everything to me as if I was 5 so I could understand fully. He was honest and a joy to have as my plumber. I would absolutely request him again in the future if I needed more work. Not to mention his Italian accent made everything even that much better. Nate was fantastic! He came out on his day off because he was closer to us than the tech on call today and he stayed and checked everything twice to make sure everything was working and registering on his meters correctly before he left. He never appeared rushed or wanting to take short cuts because it was his day off.I generally try to avoid having service people come out to my house and will go through hell and high water to try to fix things myself because of the bad service I've had in the past....Nate and the Goettle experience today was amazing and I even signed up for their membership program. It's nice to know that I can rely on a company if my AC goes out and know that it will, in fact, be repaired the right way....and not the half a** easy way thats going to result and multiple calls and visits for a repair. Had a water heater leak develop the day before I was scheduled to leave town. Went online and their website was easy to navigate and to schedule an appointment. A time window for the technician was selected and then I received a text that the technician was on his way at the beginning of the time window (I’m used to people showing up late or after the scheduled time). When the technician (Joshua Bruss) arrived he could not have been more efficient or professional. He went above and beyond by answering questions and providing options to correct the problem - including same-day replacement of the hot water heater. Thank you Goettl, and thank you Joshua.

Julian, Jorge, and Devon were fantastic.Plumbing issues are never pleasant to find out the old plumbing is worse than thought.Julian arrived on time taking precautions to ensure his shoes were covered before entering, and kept the same professionalism throughout.The 70 plus year old pipe coming from the sink to the drain ended up having holes. In order to fix, the brick on the back wall had to be partially removed.Upon further investigation, the lower joint below the sink also had a hole going into dirt below the foundation.Julian was great about explaining the issues and quickly came up with a plan for replacing and repairing.He was also great in working with the project manager to work the best pricing for us, too.Julian, Jorge, and Devon were back the next morning to cut and jack hammer a small bit of concrete bothe in front of the sink inside the kitchen and outside on the patio. Then tunneled to the joint needing replaced.Once completed, the did a great job getting the hole backfield and fresh concrete laid to cover the holes.All while keeping the area clean and dust free.I can't say enough about the care provided throughout the entire process.Julian, Jorge, and Devon have resurrected my faith in hiring someone else to do a job I normally would have done. And have cultivated a solid customer for life.Thanks, guys.

Called up Goettl for a push-pull shower faucet that wouldn't shut off all the way. This thing was original to the house and it was in pretty bad shape. Hector came out and carefully explained my options, and the pros and cons of each. I wound up replacing the entire valve. It was pretty expensive, but Hector did great work and was finished quickly. The quality of the work was worth the price.I was so impressed I got some quotes for some other work around the house. Hector again explained all my options, and didn't give me any pushy sales tactics. This was very appreciated.I am very satisfied with Geottl and will absolutely be calling them again.
Had a great experience with Goettl when our HVAC went out. Easily got a service appointment for the next day and they showed up right on time (even a bit early). JR was FANTASTIC!! Job was done correctly, cleanup done properly. This is my second time working with this tech and each time expectation’s were met and exceeded. Jake DeVore was our service rep today for a plumbing checkup. He was very professional and informative about the status of our home. He wasn’t pushy with any sales tactics since our house didn’t need it but did mention one option we could do if we wanted as a preventative measure. Excellent service overall!
We just had an unexpected leak in our HVAC condensation line causing water to come through the second floor. They were kind and quick when we called in the late evening to get service. They sent someone out first thing in the morning. Julian was professional, explained everything, and was able to help coordinate with a water restoration company so we had it all taken care of quickly and for a fair price. We have worked with this company a few times and have been happy with our service each time.
I have used Goettl for quite a few years now, and I will say their customer service has improved exponentially in the two years! I am so glad they called me to do a free walk through and estimate because we found so many problems we got a jump on!I had to do a lot of updating on my house, and Goettl gave me a streamlined service and got a HUGE job done in one day.First, I had to install a new H-VAC unit, and boy, was that a job! I had a super old system that used the banned coolant, so we had to use a crane to get the old unit off the roof and install the new one. Great work. My AC is running so much better. And I don't have to worry about it going out, and no one would have fixed it!Next, I chose to have a new water softener system installed for my home, and boy, have I noticed a difference! I got the outside tanks, and they installed a new reverse osmosis faucet in my kitchen. Not only do I feel a difference after my showers, but I also feel so much better about drinking the water in my house! I used to buy the Britta filters, and now I have a better filter in the/for the whole house! Also, they went above and beyond to hire an electrician to come and put in a new box. They even found an osmosis faucet to match my existing finish.I know that there is a big price tag to pay on jobs like this but when you consider the time and energy it takes for these guys to install, dig, move, sodder, and test...etc etc etc....You can't find better! You might end up paying a little less with another company, but if you want to feel comfortable with people doing bug projects in your home, then these are the people to call.I want to shout out my AC guys, Jose and Adrian! And the plumbing team, Hector and Jeff!!!Everybody worked till the job was done and perfect. I saw pictures of everything, and they walked me through all the procedures and maintenance. They made me feel comfortable with being around my property and home, and I know I can call them any issues I have.Thank you, Goettl, for making the day seamless and comfortable. Joe Martin was amazing. He was at my house within 45 minutes of calling Goettl to set up an appointment, same day. Joe was up front, honest, professional and friendly. His work was top notch. Goettl is very pricey, but Joe made it worth it for his expertise and my peace of mind knowing the job is done right the first time. Give this man a raise!
I lost 3 units with the last storm. I called many places Goettl was more than just then the price. Tim was informative and worked to get me the best price, he also worked with management to help me. JR (Jesus) helped install the units and was so kind and informative. One of the units had a manufacturing issue and they replaced the unit and identified it hassle free. They are professional kind and experts. In a world with no time I couldn’t have picked a better company.
We just had a brand new hot water heater and water filtration system installed and are very pleased with the results. Julian, Jeff, Jorge were the techs that came on site. They were professional, courteous, and went to work straight away after explaining to us what they were going to do. The quality of work was impressive as was their explanation of what they did and how to understand and operate our new equipment. My wife and I were very impressed with how knowledgeable and friendly they were. We look forward to many years of usage for our new system and feel confident it was installed with high quality.
Joshua was amazing. He went out of his way to help me and explained everything he was doing. He went above and beyond and it was so refreshing to have someone do great quality work and not try to rush to get things done. He did a great, great job. We need more people like him; someone who is obviously passionate about his job.
Julian and Jeff, Joey and Devin were great in helping get the plumbing lines in my old home water jetted. They also replaced the drain and p trap in my shower. All four employees were kind, communicative and efficient. We have used Goettl for everything, including our water heater and brand new AC system and they're always top notch.
I called this morning for my water heater that was not working . First off they came about an hour after we called ! Such a fast response and the young man that came out , Hector Alvarez was very knowledgeable, courteous and put us at ease from the beginning. James B. And Shane were wonderful! They were so friendly and helpful, and they both offered explanations of our assessment in terms I understood. They took pictures and offered us quotes, allowing us to choose what we want serviced in our follow up visit. Chris P. is phenomenal!! So friendly and understanding, prompt and amazingly fixed the issue same day in little time. Goettl customer service was great when I called, overall such a great experience especially given it was such a stressful situation. Being a week from moving out and selling the home, to have the A/C go out was a huge stressor but Chris’ great service set me at ease instantly. Jeremy did a great job - he found the issue quickly and was able to fix it without issue. I was weary of the cost based on previous experience, but since this service call was reasonable I agreed to a follow up for some more maintenance and coil cleaning. Jeremy was nice, friendly, and trust worthy and because of people like him I’d hire this company again.
Nick just came in did my whole home plumbing inspection and he was awesome! Professional and courteous, and he provided great info on maintaining our water heaters and lines. After a major flood last year he was able to troubleshoot our issues, and make corrections to prevent another catastrophe! I would and will recommend this service to any homeowner!

Once again Goettl is the best! I've had them come out before on a different property and was super impressed so I called them back again. Not the cheapest but definitely the best value. Hector Alvarez, the tech, was patient and answered all my questions (I had multiple issues). Cool guy even my baby pug loved him and was laying on his lap while he was working under the sink! So we got a hot water heater, a kitchen faucet, a toilet flapper, and a drain clear. All done quickly and professionally.

I had a leak in my water main line so I called around and Goettl had service professionals out within a couple of hours. Jorge and Jesse were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. And the best part is that your were able to replace the line same day so there was no further disruption to our plumbing and use.
