- Minor Heater Issues: If your water is coming out lukewarm, it’s important to address it soon with a regular appointment.
- Leaky Faucets or Pipes: Minor leaks don’t require an emergency repair, but it’s important to get them fixed soon to save water and money.
- Clogged Drains: Routine drain cleaning keeps your plumbing flowing well – don’t wait for a backup!
- Toilet Repairs: If your toilet is running or has low pressure, it’s best to call before it escalates.

- Dirty Air Filter: If your air filter appears dirty or hasn’t been cleaned or replaced in the past 3 months, it’s important to address it soon or during a routine checkup.
- Odd noises: If your HVAC system is making an odd, but not loud noise, it’s time for a maintenance check at the earliest availability. Noises might include rattling, low buzz or light scrapping.
- Damp or Stale Odor: If you smell damp and stale odors coming from your vents, it’s important to have your system and ductwork inspected soon with a routine appointment.
- Rising energy bills: A spike in your utility costs could mean your system is losing efficiency, so you want to schedule an early appointment.
- Weak airflow: If your HVAC isn’t warming or cooling certain rooms, your system may need cleaning or minor repairs.
- Drain line inspection: Prevent potential water damage with proactive preseason checks. We’ll ensure your condensation drain line is clear of rust and debris, and ready for the upcoming season.

- Not Working or Blank Thermostat: If you thermostat is blank* or your air conditioner or furnace will not turn on, it’s important to schedule an emergency repair quickly. *If you have a battery-powered thermostat, always check for fresh batteries first.
- Burning smell: Act quickly if you smell any burning odor coming from your vents or near the outdoor equipment. Contact us immediately for safety. If you can safely turn off the unit, do so as soon as possible.
- Refrigerant leaks: A chemical smell or obvious refrigerant leak is a health risk and requires an emergency repair.
- Water near the unit/condensation water leak: Significant water leaks near the HVAC system could cause damage, so speedy repairs are crucial to prevent flooding and protect your system and home. - Electrical malfunction: If your system trips your circuit break or you see sparks, turn off the power to the unit and schedule an emergency appointment.

- High Room Temperature: If your air conditioner is running, but can’t maintain a set temperature for an extended amount of time, it may require an emergency repair.
