Contacted Goettl. Roy came out the next day. Roy was great. Roy showed me where the duct work was saggy, and where previous “fixers” had routed the ductwork wrong. Roy also mentioned the insulation levels, both of these things that could remedy our A/C woes. They fixed the ductwork and spent four hours blowing in the insulation. Smart thermostat too.

Called today on a minor issue and got an appointment for the same day. Happy to have Ignacio (Nacho) from Goettl, come by and resolve my air duct seal issue. Ignacio very knowledgeable in explaining what needed correcting and proceeded to fix it. Afterwards, he told us what he did and to reach out if we any other questions.
