It had never been comfortable in our house. There was always 1 room, a meat locker, and another hot box. The team showed up right on time and saw that any A/C had never been installed correctly. The installers literally choked ½ the air restricting the flow of air. They fixed the issue and now for the first time, it is cool all over. Cooler everywhere and the same temperature too. I have two experiences on the same day with Tyler and one with Malachi. On first meeting with Tyler he conveyed that there was no doubt that he would fix the problem today. I enjoyed his confidence, told me he knew what he was doing. He told me how long it would take to return. He returned faster than he mentioned and brought Malachi to help speed up the repair. Furnace Inspection Call
Both technicians that came out to my house—Abdiel for initial repairs and Billy for a couple of follow-up repairs—were awesome, and Goettl made the whole process very easy. We ended up replacing our inside unit and the install guys were able to make it out the same day which was incredible. We had some issues where it was running but it wasn’t cooling the house so I called again and Billy was able to come out, diagnose the issue right away, and get us in good shape. Amazing company, great customer service.

I was very blessed that Goettl responded for Air Condition repairs. I called the company we originally used. They agreed to come the next day; then they called back and said the couldn’t come for three weeks! I called Goettl, they said they could come in just two days, which was amazing ! (stopped up condenser drain and unit not functioning well) Pedro came and made preliminary repairs. He didn’t have all the parts he needed, but came back the next day after business hours! I was so impressed! Highly recommend!
