I opted to replace the furnace rather than spend money for repairs on my 30 year old one. All this happened over the weekend. Came home to an old furnace not working in mid January. The tech who came out diagnosed the problem and tracked down an alternative part that could fix it the next day. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with us, explaining our options. We are now planning an upgrade of our entire HVAC system in the near future.

Eric has been to our home a few times now and we have an older furnace. He is knowledgeable friendly, and very helpful. His last visit we had been without heat most of the night.
