Communication was great. I have an older unit in a rental property that was blowing cold air. So often an older system is recommended to be replaced rather than repaired. Not here. Dan explained what repair was needed to get the system running, why the system had shut down, and made a suggestion of an additional repair so it would continue to run properly. I found the pricing to be reasonable, was able to get an appointment same day on a holiday weekend and now my tenant has heat. Thank you Dan!
We received excellent service from Jef. I would highly recommend Goettl Air conditioning. I called around 7 AM and Jef Showed up on the same day and I received prompt service.
Kudos to the two technicians, Marco and Jaime, who installed our new furnace last week. In the cramped attic (standard for a DR Horton home) they disassembled the old furnace and replaced it with a much better, more reliable furnace. All on the same day. Jaime also replaced the old filters and set up a series of sensors (free of charge) for the furnace, intake, vent and water heater. He then downloaded and explained the phone app for monitoring the sensors. After they left that afternoon, I fiddled with the thermostat (installed by Goettl when they replaced the air conditioner earlier this year) and messed up the settings to such an extent that it no longer functioned as expected. That same evening, Marco returned and reset the thermostat. Now it functions perfectly.

Yesterday, my residential furnace malfunctioned. In an effort to save money, I did my best to troubleshoot the problem by replacing the air filter and the thermostat. Both failed to solve the problem and it was getting later in the evening and colder by the hour.In March of 2024, a Goettl Service Technician, Tanner, inspected and rejuvenated my furnace with details of his findings and recommendations for repair or replacement. Tanner, who was very knowlegable and professional left me grateful for the services of Goettl.So, I called Goettl , about 5:00 P.M. and I spoke with Tanya, A Goettl Customer Service Representative. Understanding the urgency of my situation, Tanya immediately scheduled a Techniian to repair my furnace that evening! My experience with Tanya was so pleasant, enjoyable and informative which provided me with a calming I needed from my earlier stress!Thank you Tanya!Lastly, when Pablo arrived at my home, a Goettl Technician armed with all he needed to correct my furnace malfunction, was very methodical, highly professioanl and a joy to meet. After two hours of ladder climing, probing the problem and succesfully repairing my furnace, he never appeared frustrated and he gave me confidence that the problem was solved! 4 Seasons has been excellent to work with. They replaced my 26 year old AC unit last year and I knew the company whom I used in ‘96 had changed hands.Fast forward to my A/C Spring maintenance I knew I had to replace my 1985 duct work and was in dire need of attic insulation as well.Logan and Tyler were terrific in working w me and getting the job assessed, a good quote and immediately lined up the 2 man crew Arturo & Ricardo for the next 2 days. Right out of the gate I knew I didn’t want any other company.Arturo & Ricardo were beyond excellent, they went above and beyond. They spotted a rusted out connection to my 2014 water heater which could’ve been a bad flood scenario:/They cleaned my furnace blower motor, answered questions, provided photos upon request and competent technicians from beginning to end.Support staff Courtney, Stephanie & Pam also awesome as a bonus!Honestly, after 27 years in this house I know I’m breathing clean air, energy efficient, less of a foot print and less to NV Energy. Dan Weinhold—-ace Tech w/Goettl called and was early!!! to get our HVAC evaluated and prepped for the upcoming winter! A couple of minor service needs were explained to my satisfaction and these will be taken care of in the near future—-my decision as Dan had said that he could take care of issues same day.
Pablo was fantastic! Our older heater had lost its igniting capacity, and Pablo figured it out and repaired it quickly. We had heat within a few hours of calling. We bought the maintenance plan, and feel confident that our needs will be met without issue from here forward. Very highly recommend!

An absolute pleasure to work with these guys. They came over and installed a new furnace for us and did a wonderful job and we had a new toilet installed and two rebuilt And the rebuilt ones are great as is the new one which is an elongated one. It is so nice to have had them over here because they were very pleasant and knew what they were doing. He next did a very thorough evaluation of my furnace to see if it would accommodate the air quality items that I wanted. We reviewed pictures he had taken of the furnace and discussed options. Our heater decided not to work on a random cold day. I called and within an hour 4 Seasons was at our house and diagnosing. Professional and courteous, definitely will be recommending.Follow up almost 3 years later, we had a second floor water leak on a holiday. I called just to see if we could get an appointment and I was once again lucky to get a fast response. Chris came out and efficiently assessed what we had going on, walked me through fixes. I feel great about this service and recommend anytime I hear someone can utilize their services. It’s not often you have back to back above average experiences, especially with things like heating a plumbing which tend to be stressful.

My furnace went out the day after my husband died. I was barely coherent much less thinking straight about having a new furnace and a/c installed. I just picked them randomly. I'm so glad I did. The people I interfaced with were absolutely wonderful. I didn't realize how bad my furnace actually was until they installed the new one. What a difference. They came out with the Inspector from the County when the job was done. Every person I dealt with was kind, courteous, helpful, responsive. I added an AC unit and replaced my 40 plus year old furnace.The team was amazing. I appreciated the communication from the quote to the install and completion. I will say they are very communicative and send updates via text messages but unfortunately we did not use them for the shower head leak as they quoted $350 less a coupon and discount with a balance owed of $255. Told them I would YouTube and do the repair myself. I still had to pay $49.00 for them to come out.

I had to have my ductwork repaired due to a rodent infestation. The Good crew that worked on this was extremely professional and polite. I was very impressed with them - a little bit less so with their superior who called G me and pressured me to do the entire duct system rather than just repair a few of the obviously damaged ones. In the end, I decided to replace everything, but I don’t like being pressured.
After dealing with a chronic sewage drainage problem for 4 plus years, and having several services unable to properly diagnose it, and implementing temporary fixes, the Goettl team of Greg and his apprentice Luis quickly found the source of the issue and repaired it. We have had estimates from other firms to fix this for over $1,200 and this team did the job for under 25% of that. Great to have qualified knowledge and experience working for us to solve this issue once and for all. A very well run business.

Gary and his helper replaced my shower valve inside the wall and did a great job. They had to cut a hole in my drywall to access the pipes but couldn't do the drywall repair so I have to hire a third-party to do the work which is an extra expense and hassle. Not what I was expecting. Hopefully I can get it repaired in a few days and be done with this project. Oh Gary, if you are in my area again, you accidentally took my hex wrench with you when you left. Maybe you can drop it off. Thanks!

Tanner was great. He arrived on time, got my 30 yr old furnace running again, changed the intake filter for me, and explained everything he was doing. I opted to replace the furnace rather than spend money for repairs on the old one. Of course, this happened on the weekend (don't they always happen on weekends or after hours)? But Goettl is available 24/7, so by Monday morning, Jim and Jaime arrived on time and installed my new furnace and did a great job. Gary and Luis are the dynamic duo! They showed when they said they would. They went above and beyond to help me with my plumbing issues. Gary brings significant experience, and it shows when he came up with a solution that was best for me, the customer.I definitely recommend Goettl.
I moved to the Sparks area one year ago and Four Seasons, now Goettl, was recommended to me. Jef U. Has been my technician ever since. He is always friendly, extremely knowledgeable and explains things in layman’s terms. We did the best we could doing maintenance repairs on the old furnace. We ended up replacing the furnace along with some of the original ducts. Wow! The old units guts were worse than what we thought! Charred, things melted, the former owners must not have ever serviced the unit.Goettl sent a crew of incredible techs to assist Jef as I have a 2-story. The amount of times every single one of these techs had to go up and down the stairs carrying the old unit in pieces and boxes of parts for the new unit was immense and had to have absolutely brutal for each of them. My new furnace is wonderful and I simply cannot thank the following technicians enough for all their hard work:Jef Eusepi, Jiame, Reese, Jason, Greg**** YOU ROCK!!!! ****
I have had issues with the quality of air, and the consistency of the heat in my house since I bought it 24 years ago built for me.I called them to come clean my ductwork and upon inspection they found multiple issues with the original ductwork and thoroughly explained why a cleaning would not fix the problems. They told me they would be wasting my money if I had the cleaning and told me the only way to resolve my problems was to completely remove the existing ductwork and put a new system of ductwork in. It was more than I had planned on for a cleaning, but I trusted them after explaining what they would do differently. They spent the whole day removing and replacing, and now I have the cleanest air in my home I have ever had, and the temperature is the same in every room for the first time since I bought my house new. They said they would work to make me happy and that is exactly what they did. Trust these guys and their suggestions, you will not regret it.

Our tech was Dan, he was very thorough and checked out everything. (he checked way more things than previous techs when you were 4 seasons) He was very personable and explained everything and answered all questions that we had.
Interesting company that recently moved into town from Arizona and southern Nevada. A bit of a corporate feel. Every time I tried to get ahold of the technician the day of, calls were always routed to a corporate call center. And some company policy restrictions seemed a bit out of my needs as a property manager customer. But the work was professional and done correctly. They fixed an issue of no water flowing to a refrigerator in a rental home. And on top of that they corrected a minor safety issue with the water heater. The guys were very friendly and courteous. I could have probably saved about $100 having a smaller local plumbing company perform the fix. All of the plumbing places that use per-project rather than hourly, tend to be pricier up front. But overall I am satisfied. It helped that they did the minor water heater taping fix, included in the project. I will likely do business with them, but not for every little plumbing issue.

A Goettl team installed a water softening and tankless (condensing) water system for us today, a choice we made when our water heater turned eight yrs.old. I was very anxious when Goettl merged with four seasons. I am pleased to say the service has been exceptional. Anthony and Dan were efficient,attentive, explained things clearly, and did a great job.
I called Goettl Friday for a water heater fix. It was leaking !! After looking at it I told them to replace it. Goettl set it up for the next day. (Saturday). Gary Hopkins was on time and did a really nice job removing and replacing the existing heater. Very fast. He was in and out in 3 hours. He cleaned up and left no mess. He and his team get 5 stars. Great service !!

After expressing my concerns, the company reached out to me with a genuine intent to resolve the issues I faced. Their dedication to making things right was the minimum I was expecting. Leopoldo played a pivotal role in addressing the technical problem, but more importantly mended the business relationship. His expertise and approach were instrumental in not just making this transaction "right" but in turning me around completely about the company.The original technician also revisited and offered an apology, which I accepted. This gesture, coupled with heir effective resolution has changed my perspective entirely. What initially seemed like a severed tie has been transformed into a renewed partnership. I'm now looking forward to continuing my business with them, thanks to their commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service. Based on this comprehensive experience, I am adjusting my rating.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I have been with them since they were All Seasons and highly recommended that company. Under this new name and new people, I am not recommending anymore. It had been a while since I had them come out. I saw their company name had changed and that had an offer for retuning customers for a free heater examination. Ours is getting up there in age. $2000 later… our heater never had a problem! I just wanted to stay on top of things and make sure everything was ok and to make our old heater last as long as it could, but totally willing to replace it if it was needed. Again… I have not had any issues (before they arrived) with the heater. Not it makes a terrible sound day and night. I called the person back the next day to come out and fix the noise. He basically told I was crazy and he didn’t hear anything wrong but was happy to replace the motor with a different one. I was made to feel like a crazy person and so declined. He told me, this call is free but if he has to come back out again there will be additional charges. I could have got an brand new heating unit for like $8000… why did I give them $2000 to take my quiet, perfectly working motor to give me one that makes such an annoying noise that I cannot have a quiet house. Music, television… something has to be on to help drown out the persistent whine. Hoping for a quick end to winter.

Woke up to on a Saturday Morning to a 49 degree house. We called several places, but 4 Seasons did not charge time and a half for a Weekend Call. Mike promised he would be out by 2 or 2:30, but when he had an opening they were out by 11am. We ended up having to replace our furnace after 29 years. Mike was able to quote me a price by the end of the day. I still got other quotes, but none of them matched 4 Seasons. Mike gave me a quote that included everything with no hidden costs. Other companies were more money and also wanted to charge extra for the permits and inspections needed by the city. So of course we went with 4 Seasons and we couldn't be more happier. Mike made sure he went over everything with me and they left the house clean after removing the old unit. We didn't find anything left behind that we had to throw out or pick up after his team. We are so happy that Mike was the first to respond to our needs. 4 Seasons even followed up afterwards with concerns that I had as well. Thanks 4 Seasons and you have a customer for life. We appreciate everything you guys did for us.1/25/2024 - still doing business with this company all these years. They have been servicing us as Goettl lately with the same great service. Our furnace stopped working on a cold evening. The next morning I began calling around for repair. The first place I called told me they couldn't come for two weeks. I called Goettl and a technician was at our home by noon that day. It turned out that our thirty-two old furnace had to be replaced. The Tech, Tanner was very professional and took time to explain all of our options. We decided it was time to replace our furnace and air conditioning and the next day a crew arrived early in the morning. They worked through the day and when they left we had a new furnace and a/c. The installation crew did a great job and were careful to leave our home the way they found it. We are very happy with Goettl and highly recommend them.
Both Anthony and Jim (and his team) were great. They answered all of the questions that I had and were thorough throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend to others! Very grateful for them as I have heat again in this already cold winter!
We have had the pleasure of working with this staff when it was under the 4 Seasons name. We finally had a full system install done and it went flawlessly. At one point because the staff promised a one day install for the furnace, blower and AC, they called for 2 extra trucks. We had 6 installers working to get us heat before they left for the evening. It meant a lot to my family that they stayed to get it done. What a difference a properly installed and functioning system can do for your home. If you are on the fence because it is expensive, this is the company you want to go with.Thank you Marco, Reece, Colin, Diego and Jim to name a few. You gentlemen made the experience great and comfortable for us while we were all home for the holidays.
