Installation of a new valve to shut water off to a condo unit

Jonathan came on time for the appointment to install a new valve to shut water off to my condo unit. He spoke to his supervisor and began work. He was able to figure out what was needed and ordered the parts from a coworker who brought out the parts. The two worked together once the parts arrived to take down some old piping and installed the new valve. They tested for leaks and made sure things were good. They even bled out air to make sure the water flow to my hydronic heating unit would be fine. They cleaned up and were on their way out soon after. They were efficient and friendly. Great service.

Camren was dispatched to our house for an emergency water leak in our kitchen sink. He was on his last call for the night, he was 30 minutes away and he came out to help us even though he was tired. He came in happy to help us and even brought a Goettl stuffed dog which we gave to our child. He inspected the leak found the cause which was actually from our water drinking filter system. He capped the water line to stop the leak and advised us to contact the water filter company asap. We appreciated his service and Goettl’s dispatch team to get us help when it was close to after hours. We highly recommend.

Well at first I was not going to call them,because I had some issues when they installed a new AC for me.But after 10 different plumbers gave me a run a round I decided to call them back and I'm very happy with them.Was a major job thinking and physical and Tee and Zach masters it.Corry did the processing and instead of getting my shower flowing again and ripping walls in Kitchen or bathroom, we decided to get rid of old nasty cast iron tub,and replace it with new one with surround shower. Now after all these years I have new shower and tub.This was a awful time for 1 month, were I should have called these guys first.They were also the only ones to come to my rescue during a heat wave 2 years back when my Ac gave up,they had a new one on my roof the next day.I will absolutely sign up for your membership program,and tell everyone I know how great you guys are.❤️

Updated Oct 3rd 2025. Had my fall HVAC inspection with Ivan Farias and he did an amazing thorough and quick job. Very friendly very professional and gave my dog another stuff animal,which she loves.

Had sewer issues and Jeff Faulkner came out and took care of everything, explained everything very well, showed us the camera and issue. Unfortunately we need a repair that will cost several thousand but Jeff was great.

The customer care call service over the weekend was less than stellar. I explained I had backup, could not flush toilets and they scheduled me for 4 days out until I complained and got it moved up 1 day. I pay monthly for the Sadie membership which should get priority, no emergency charges etc but the call center would not send anyone for an emergency service call. Not exactly what I call 24/7 emergency service.

Goettl, this will be my 3rd or 4th check up on my home maintenance program. Each time it cost me money on this n that. I hope to be all caught up so that when they do come I can get a thumbs up and not have to have a charge on my card. I realize maintenance will eventually save me the greater expense later on down the line. Its hard trying to convince my wife that all this money I’ve been dishing out will in the long run be worth it. She insist that we pay the monthly program and that they alway find a reason for us to pay for something which always runs between $300 and $500. She says honey our house is brand new 2 yrs old but they always find something that needs replacement or worn out😩. They quoted us $1500. for a job that all I did was change to a better filter solved the issue of having a loud fan. The service personnel are always super great, courteous, respectful, and always explain what they find and what they suggest should be the right course of action to proceed. I will continue to have faith in them until I don’t. I hate when she is right and says I told you so🤬

Our office in Spring Valley includes a 50,000sq ft warehouse and dedicated call center, ready to connect you to the help you need, fast. Goettl in Las Vegas specializes in home, condo and mobile home plumbing, heating and air conditioning. Our fleet of 67 HVAC and 52 plumbing vehicles are fully stocked to tackle most common repairs (and are prepared for some uncommon ones as well). Our ProTech Boot Camp ensures that your technicians are highly trained and ready to help.
