A clogged kitchen drain was giving me fits! As a DYI'er I tried everything. This is the first clogged drain in this house and we've lived here for many years. Called Goettl and setup an appointment. Wil Howington was on time and was very friendly. Wil got busy and fixed the problem. He was very professional, determined and cleaned up everything. And now my drain actually drains! I am very happy with service provided by Goettl. Zach and Wil came out to unclog my drains. They took their time to explain the problem and showed me evidence (camera images). Zach double- checked his diagnosis with a second camera before performing the repair. He found a piece of plastic floating in the pipe. This is my first time using Goettle. Our kitchen drain was clogged, so we could not run the dishwasher, or use the sink to rinse or hand wash dishes, pots or pans. I don’t know if you understand how restricting it is not to be able to use a kitchen when you have kids, but it was hard. I even tried all of the DYI fixes and nothing worked. Matt S. from Goettl Austin was able to show up early, was extremely polite and when he identified the problem, went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of no matter what.
