GOETTL JOINS AS TITLE SPONSOR OF ANNUAL TROY HILL SPRING FLING
Community event hosted by Hill, NFL player and Bonaventure High School graduate, to benefit Simi Valley’s children-in-need
OXNARD, CA, April 18, 2024 – Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing is proud to be the presenting sponsor of this Saturday’s Troy Hill Spring Fling in Oxnard. The event, which supports Aspiranet, one of California’s largest and most successful social service organizations, will be held at Saint Bonaventure High School (3167 Telegraph Rd., Ventura, California) on April 20 from 1-3 p.m. The event is closed to the public. Media will be allowed to attend and interview Hill.
Troy Hill, who currently plays for the Carolina Panthers in the NFL, grew up in Oxnard, graduating from Bonaventure High School in 2009 as the No. 32 Corner in the Country. He then went on to play football at the University of Oregon where he received many All Pac-12 Conference awards. Troy will be hosting 75-150 foster youth from all over Ventura County during Saturday’s event, which will provide a day for the kids and their caretakers to have fun and bond. There will be carnival games, music, prizes, giveaways, food, and more.

All proceeds from the event will benefit Aspiranet, which serves more than 35,000 California children, youth, and families each year from 44 community-based sites statewide. Aspiranet provides a spectrum of services including foster and adoption services, behavioral and mental health services, residential care, educational services, community-based family services, and emergency shelter.

Goettl sent Ryan to fix my clogged drain. He arrived. On time and cleared my drain quickly. Advised me of a break that was In the cities right-of-way. And sent a video confirming his findings. All for less than $100. Glad I chose Goettl!

This is Leticia Baca and my husband Ed! We are in the midst of finishing a huge project involving kitchen pipes and old sewer line; replacing them all. Great review for Goettl Plumbing.We had an blockage in our sewer line.Tyler Leija was dispatched the same day, and found the blockage using a camera tool.He cleared the blockage temporarily.The actual fix would require digging up and replacing the bad area of pipe.Paulo "Adrian" Dado and his crew came out the next day with backhoe, dug up the area, and replaced the section of pipe.The next day, after inspection, Adrian and his crew filled in the hole and then cleaned up the area.This is a brief description. There was A LOT of work involved.Very professional work.
Billy and John were awesome. Set up everything perfectly and went the extra mile to take care of some additional needs. Definitely the best A/C experience yet.Our tech Jorge that came out the day before helped quickly assess the situation and get us set up for a new system and water heater. We were hearing hammering between the walls. Tyler came out to my home to perform an evaluation. After doing several tests he quickly found the issue. We discussed several options. I ultimately opted to have the problem fixed to avoid damage to other appliances. He completed the work in a timely manner.
Peter helped a lot with explaining the root cause of our AC unit not functioning as well as it should be, and explaining why he recommended the fix/parts that he did. Took plenty of time to troubleshoot what was actually going on as opposed to just treating the symptoms, and explained in an easy-to-understand way what he found and how to fix it. He also gave good advice about simple DIY maintenance we can do moving forward to keep the system healthy! Goettl as a whole was very easy to work with and I was able to book an appointment as early as the day following my phone call. Great service from start to finish!

Our AC went down for the upstairs unit. We have a maintenance plan through another company but they do not provide 24/7 service. I called Goettl and I am so happy I did. Jesus Gloria was out within a few hours. I was called to confirm the appointment window. Then texted with the photo attached so I would know who my technician was and the link to track their arrival. Jesus was so professional and explained everything to make sure I understood. He took photos and videos to make sure I could see what he was talking about. Then showed me the photos after the repairs. I am so impressed with this experience. The company very clearly communicates how important customer satisfaction is to them. I will definitely consider their maintenance plan in the future which also includes routine plumbing inspections and flushing for the same price other companies charge for HVAC services alone.

Peter Medelez conducted a very thorough system check and confirmed all the same issues previously identified but found an additional issue; tipping the scale to full replacement. Came home from work to an 85 degree house and a broken AC. Called at 0800 and they sent Matt Lopez out by 0915. He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me the news that no one wants to hear, it needed replaced. He was extremely professional and kind with this news and assured me that we could figure this out. He was transparent about the remediation options available to me and patiently reviewed each option with me. The install team, Daniel and Roy, were equally as awesome. They too were extremely knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and worked diligently to get my new unit up and running safely in one day. I couldn’t have asked for a better team.

The water softener (which is outside) was ruined by the recent weather. Rudy and Chris were able to diagnose the problem and replaced the softener on same day. This was critical to avoid any plumbing problems in the house. We appreciate their professionalism and attention email to detail.

My technician Jorge (George) Gutierrez was out today performing the a/c system check. He did a fabulous job and identified significant issues and concerns for the longevity of my current 12 year old system. He was very knowledgeable and helpful on what my options are and in the end I’ll be getting a new system instead of worrying about the current system failing in our extremely hot temperatures. He was very respectful of my home and my dog was ecstatic to meet him.
Frank identified the need for new faucets in the master bath and discussed my preferences. The type of faucet being replaced is no longer available (mini wide spread) so he had to do some research to come up with a solution. Had to be ordered, not surprisingly, and we appreciate his conscientious performance.
