GOETTL EXPANDS “KINDNESS IN THE AIR” INITIATIVE TO TUCSON, STRENGTHENING COMMITMENT TO COMMUNITY GIVING
Tucson, Ariz., Feb. 28, 2025 — Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing, a leader in HVAC and plumbing services, is proud to announce the extension of its Kindness in the Air initiative to Tucson, Arizona. This program, a vital component of the company’s broader Goettl Gives initiative, underscores the company’s dedication to enhancing the quality of life in all the communities it serves.
Goettl Gives focuses on four key pillars: supporting veterans, aiding children, assisting pets, and providing access to clean water. Goettl strives to ensure comfort, safety, and well-being for all through this comprehensive program. Goettl launched Kindness in the Air in partnership with Sinclair Broadcast Group to extend its mission beyond home comfort services and into community support. This initiative supports nonprofit organizations making a local impact in Tucson communities with a financial contribution and televised appearance to raise awareness about their cause.

We had no hot water and water was leaking out of the tank. I called Goettl at 10:00 and by 1:00, a tech arrived and confirmed that my hot water heater was toast. He put in a call and the company sent Mark to install a new hwh. Both men were extremely courteous and professional.
By the end of the day, I had hot water and Mark left no sign of a mess behind.

Gilbert did a really great job for us. He did maintenance service on our HVAC system. He also checked our attic and found we were low on insulation. He explained why we should have more insulation. He had me talk to his supervisor, Cody about insulation and that Goettl can install insulation. I plan to add insulation, but not at this exact time. I will check around for prices to bring it up to code. I may have Goettl do it.

Excellent service. Get there AC / Heating monthly plan to check your planning and heating and cooling twice a year worth it. The price says are a little high, but I guess it's better to fix something before it breaks down.

Goettl does cost more than other plumbing companies BUT they back up their work and trusted in our house. They will not over sell you but tell you want is needed and what is suggested.

Gilbert is exactly what you want in a tech. He was patient in listening to what my perceived situation is with all the context I could provide while also doing a fresh analysis uninhibited. This allowed him to corrobote some aspects of what I knew and what other companies claimed but also correct some other aspects that were misinterpreted or incorrect altoge. Add in personability, reasonability, and hard work and I could be happier.
Goettl is not cheap, although their service visit is very inexpensive, their quotes are almost always considerably higher. The service from an employee like Gilbert, however, is the sole reason why I would even consider entertaining a higher cost.

Jesus came up with a plan that will fix a problem caused by another hvac company that has cost me a lot in electric bills. They also recommended better Insullation which I had been lax in keeping up with. Jesus and Anthony are friendly and I have complete confidence i their honesty and integrity.

Goettl installed a new HVAC system for us. We have two units and they replaced one 18 months ago and the second one last week. We were happy with the first job so we chose them to do the second one too. Carlos and Jose arrived on time and were very personable and professional. They finished the job earlier than estimated! I called Goettl which had done previous plumbing for me. I couldn’t get the water shut off in the backyard. And since I have their membership, I was told there would be no trip charge Clayton Purvis was such an angel. He reached down and turned it off, and apparently I had not turned it around enough times I felt like an idiot and told him he can go back to the office and share with his coworkers what this old woman did. Anyway, he fixed it so it’s easier for me to turn it off and on. Thank you Clayton.

Today, Rodell did a thorough clean-out of our bathroom sink drains, including sending the camera down to check for build up out to the main connection to the sewer. This was included in our membership with no extra charge. He and his partner also found the mystery leak in the guest bathroom toilet and replaced the guts and seals. The thing I liked the best was his advice about maintenance and how that little hole in the sink is a real drain that also needs flushing out by letting the sink fill up periodically. I requested a plumbing drain inspection from Goettl. Service rep arrived introduced him self and went quickly to work. He was courteous and polite. He proceeded to inspect my plumbing and Drains. Shortly after he visited my hot water room he requested be to accompany him to observe there was a stream of water coming out of thr drain pan. He reviewed with me some of the items associated with my current installation that might be best updated and replaced. He gave me an estimate and we should. Hands and he proceeded to remove and replace my hot water heater. The job was completed and tested tan a timely manner and he left the area in a clean and organized manner. We ordered a new refrigerator from Lowe’s. When they delivered it, they said they could not install the water line. We were not familiar with plumbers so we asked our neighbor who did the plumbing in his new shower. He said Goettl and he was very happy with the results. I called them they sent out a wonderful servicemen, Gerardo Gonzalez. The builders had used 3/8” pipes and Lowe’s seemed to only have 1/4” connectors. Gerardo solved our problem and we had to get Lowe’s out again the next day to finish the install. We highly recommend Goettl and appreciate the caliber of their staff!

This is how a service/install company should work. Price was exactly as quoted and was very fair, comparing to multiple others. They never tried to add on extras like all the others did. Installation day was when they said it would be. They scheduled the building permit, attended the inspection, and it was on time. We called on a Saturday and thankfully Christian Acosta was the one on call to help us out. He got us set up with a window unit for the time being and. Fast forward to today, Wednesday, and Christian and Ian came to install a new blower motor for us. Both gentleman were wonderful! They kept us informed of the process and what to expect as they replaced the parts. Our house is already cooling back down and I have Christian and Ian to thank for that! Thank you Jerry for two plumbing jobs well done. Jerry cleaned out pipes from bathroom sink which were draining slowly. Jerry showed before and after pictures from his camera and what a big difference. Sink draining much better now.
Jerry also noticed our water pressure was low after flushing toilet then trying to wash hands in bathroom sink which were so he suggested a new pressure regulator as we have had a new better water conditioning system installed. We now have the best water pressure even when using a shower and kitchen sink faucet at the same time. Also Jerry is a master plumber and we appreciate his knowledge and experience. Will definitely call Goettl again when a plumber is needed.

Company sent us Stanley to help with a water line for our refrigerator. Had several problems but Stanley was very knowledgeable and informed us of all decisions and you could tell he just lived his job. It was a pricey fix and I respected Stanley more for being situationally aware that my wife and I needed to talk in private. He informed us, gave space and time to decide, and ultimately helped us out with the repairs. Others in management were very helpful too. Overall great experience

Nick, is the technician that was assigned to my house to check out my A/C. Nick was very thorough. He explained to me what he was doing and why. Nick showed me all the things he looked at on my A/C system. He explained to me why I might need a surge protector on the unit. I told him I would talk with my wife and explain it to her. Nicholas Mayhew came to our home to repair/replace the garbage disposal, unclog a kitchen sink and replace a bathtub spigot. He was assisted by Caleb. Nick gave three price quotes and options on what to repair before any work was started. He and Caleb repaired all in a matter of a little more than two hours, including a parts run.
