At Goettl, we are dedicated to giving back to those who have given so much for our country. That’s why we are proud to partner with K9s for Warriors, the nation’s largest provider of service dogs for veterans suffering from PTSD, traumatic brain injury, and other military-related traumas. Through this partnership, we’ve sponsored two service dogs to date, and we are excited to share the heartwarming news about our latest success.
On October 23, 2024, we had the privilege of celebrating the graduation of Flash, our third sponsored service dog, who has been paired with Air Force Veteran and Warrior, Gregory. This special ceremony took place at Warrior Ranch in San Antonio, Texas, where Flash and Gregory officially became a team. Seeing Flash and Gregory form a powerful bond and knowing they will support each other in this next chapter inspires all of us at Goettl.
For veterans like Gregory, the support of a service dog can be life-changing. These incredible dogs are not only trained to assist with specific physical and emotional needs, but they also provide unwavering companionship, helping veterans regain independence and confidence in their day-to-day lives.

Because we still had an issue with a leak that was not coming from the AC, Peter was able to get another member of the Goettl team to come out and help diagnose that issue! Goettl sent Ryan to fix my clogged drain. He arrived. On time and cleared my drain quickly. Advised me of a break that was In the cities right-of-way. And sent a video confirming his findings. All for less than $100. Glad I chose Goettl!

This is Leticia Baca and my husband Ed! We are in the midst of finishing a huge project involving kitchen pipes and old sewer line; replacing them all. It is by far the most expensive plumbing project we have ever undertaken. This is the type of quality service that everyone needs! Billy went above and beyond in helping me discover what was going on with my AC unit. He not only provided the service that I asked for, but also looked more into the issue to make sure that everything was functioning the way it’s supposed to. Great review for Goettl Plumbing.We had an blockage in our sewer line.Tyler Leija was dispatched the same day, and found the blockage using a camera tool.He cleared the blockage temporarily.The actual fix would require digging up and replacing the bad area of pipe.Paulo "Adrian" Dado and his crew came out the next day with backhoe, dug up the area, and replaced the section of pipe.The next day, after inspection, Adrian and his crew filled in the hole and then cleaned up the area.This is a brief description. There was A LOT of work involved.Very professional work.
Billy and John were awesome. Set up everything perfectly and went the extra mile to take care of some additional needs. Definitely the best A/C experience yet.Our tech Jorge that came out the day before helped quickly assess the situation and get us set up for a new system and water heater. Darren guerra was great, gave us several options and explained in full detail what needed to be done. Very neat and clean in his work. And finished the job in a timely manner. Very happy overall with everything from start to finish. I did think the price was a little high though but considering it was getting late and didn't have much options.Will definitely call and useGoettle again and I will ask if Darrean could help again.

We were hearing hammering between the walls. Tyler came out to my home to perform an evaluation. After doing several tests he quickly found the issue. We discussed several options. I ultimately opted to have the problem fixed to avoid damage to other appliances. He completed the work in a timely manner.
Peter helped a lot with explaining the root cause of our AC unit not functioning as well as it should be, and explaining why he recommended the fix/parts that he did. Took plenty of time to troubleshoot what was actually going on as opposed to just treating the symptoms, and explained in an easy-to-understand way what he found and how to fix it. He also gave good advice about simple DIY maintenance we can do moving forward to keep the system healthy! Goettl as a whole was very easy to work with and I was able to book an appointment as early as the day following my phone call. Great service from start to finish!

Our AC went down for the upstairs unit. We have a maintenance plan through another company but they do not provide 24/7 service. I called Goettl and I am so happy I did. Jesus Gloria was out within a few hours. I was called to confirm the appointment window. Then texted with the photo attached so I would know who my technician was and the link to track their arrival. Jesus was so professional and explained everything to make sure I understood. He took photos and videos to make sure I could see what he was talking about. Then showed me the photos after the repairs. I am so impressed with this experience. The company very clearly communicates how important customer satisfaction is to them. A+++ service and Jesus did an amazing job. I will definitely consider their maintenance plan in the future which also includes routine plumbing inspections and flushing for the same price other companies charge for HVAC services alone.

Peter Medelez conducted a very thorough system check and confirmed all the same issues previously identified but found an additional issue; tipping the scale to full replacement. Came home from work to an 85 degree house and a broken AC. Called at 0800 and they sent Matt Lopez out by 0915. He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me the news that no one wants to hear, it needed replaced. He was extremely professional and kind with this news and assured me that we could figure this out. He called Tony Vizzone who helped get together estimates and drop the price to something that I was able to afford. 2.7.24Jay Cruz, technician, arrived on time today to service/check my ac/heating. Jay arrived timely and was friendly. Jay checked my inside unit, ceiling vents, etc and he made some recommendations. He was easy to talk to and very professional. He will be sending me an email with the recommendations and costs associated so that I can save the money to have these taken care of. I will say, no other technician has been as proficient as Jay.Yesterday, 2.6.24, I received a call from Betty. Betty was also very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She listened to me and made recommendations and advice. By the end if the call, I felt like Betty was a friend.Thank you to Jay and Betty!Late one evening I was washing clothes. Daughter noticed water on floor under washer. I was so upset and worried about finding someone to fix the problem, whatever it was, and especially the cost. Goettl this the rescue! Namely, their employee/plumber, Chris! The next day, Chris came, found the clog in my pipes, and…voilà! We joined their $14.95 per month plan and that was all we paid for a job well done! Thank you!3.26.24Tyler Leija was great! He checked my drain pipe outside with a camera. Advised everything was clear. He checked my kitchen and master bathroom sinks and toilet. Tyler was friendly, but professional. Thank you.4.17.24Frank M arrived here on time. He was friendly and professional. He explained everything he was going to do today. He completed everything he mentioned. He provided suggestions of things that need or should be taken care of. Nothing urgent. He installed the water heater sensor in addition to other plumbing type things. He drained the water heater. He spoke to his supervisor, Terronne (sp?). Should received estimates for hvac and water heater. Thank you Frank! Great job!

Roy A. was a pleasure to work with. He thoroughly and expertly explained all of the issues with my system with pictures and videos. He was transparent about the remediation options available to me and patiently reviewed each option with me. The install team, Daniel and Roy, were equally as awesome. They too were extremely knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and worked diligently to get my new unit up and running safely in one day. I couldn’t have asked for a better team.

The water softener (which is outside) was ruined by the recent weather. Rudy and Chris were able to diagnose the problem and replaced the softener on same day. This was critical to avoid any plumbing problems in the house. We appreciate their professionalism and attention email to detail.
