Great review for Goettl Plumbing.We had an blockage in our sewer line.Tyler Leija was dispatched the same day, and found the blockage using a camera tool.He cleared the blockage temporarily.The actual fix would require digging up and replacing the bad area of pipe.Paulo "Adrian" Dado and his crew came out the next day with backhoe, dug up the area, and replaced the section of pipe.The next day, after inspection, Adrian and his crew filled in the hole and then cleaned up the area.This is a brief description. There was A LOT of work involved.Very professional work.

We were hearing hammering between the walls. Tyler came out to my home to perform an evaluation. After doing several tests he quickly found the issue. We discussed several options. I ultimately opted to have the problem fixed to avoid damage to other appliances. He completed the work in a timely manner.
Peter helped a lot with explaining the root cause of our AC unit not functioning as well as it should be, and explaining why he recommended the fix/parts that he did. Took plenty of time to troubleshoot what was actually going on as opposed to just treating the symptoms, and explained in an easy-to-understand way what he found and how to fix it. He also gave good advice about simple DIY maintenance we can do moving forward to keep the system healthy! Our AC went down for the upstairs unit. We have a maintenance plan through another company but they do not provide 24/7 service. I called Goettl and I am so happy I did. The company was very quick to respond. They came in the same day and got our AC fixed within an hour! Our tech Matthew Lopez was great at walking us through the whole process. Also had great customer service! Definitely would recommend!!

Absolutely fantastic! Our AC unit went out unexpectedly. We called Goettl and they were here so quickly. The technician immediately knew what was wrong, didn’t try to upsell sell on anything and fixed the problem within a few minutes. Will absolutely call them again. Came home from work to an 85 degree house and a broken AC. Called at 0800 and they sent Matt Lopez out by 0915. He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me the news that no one wants to hear, it needed replaced. He was extremely professional and kind with this news and assured me that we could figure this out. He called Tony Vizzone who helped get together estimates and drop the price to something that I was able to afford. Matt and Tony made this awful experience bearable and I can’t thank them enough for all that they have done for myself and the community. I’m a customer for life now!

We received text at 8:30a stating technician was enroute so I rushed to property. Tech arrived almost 11:30 after we were given new window of 11-1. This should be no reflection on Rudy and Chris.

Peter was professional, personable and patient describing installation of a new system. Tony, also was great to work with finalizing billing to replace to the unit's duct work.
