Yes, you absolutely do. Even those areas of the country with cooler summers demand routine, annual AC maintenance. Considering how hard our air conditioners work around here, this is not a service that you can afford to overlook.
Long story short, there is simply nothing better that you can do for your air conditioning system than scheduling routine, professional air conditioning maintenance. AC maintenance is not something that you can handle on your own or that you can entrust to a general handyman or woman. Thorough air conditioning maintenance demands the skill and expertise that only an experienced professional can offer, which is why you should schedule service with us.
What Does Routine Air Conditioning Maintenance Mean?
If you think that air conditioning maintenance means changing your air filter(s) as needed—typically every 1-3 months—and cleaning up your outdoor condenser unit, then you are only partly right. What Are the Benefits of Routine Air Conditioning Maintenance?
If you never have your automobile inspected and fail to have its oil changed, etc., then it may stay up and running for a while. It likely won’t run as reliably as it otherwise would, though. You’ll probably be getting less in terms of gas mileage, as well. The same basic principle carries over to your air conditioning system.
If your air conditioner is not tuned up every single year before you put it back into regular rotation, you may be able to get by for a year. Maybe even two. Great review for Goettl Plumbing.We had an blockage in our sewer line.Tyler Leija was dispatched the same day, and found the blockage using a camera tool.He cleared the blockage temporarily.The actual fix would require digging up and replacing the bad area of pipe.Paulo "Adrian" Dado and his crew came out the next day with backhoe, dug up the area, and replaced the section of pipe.The next day, after inspection, Adrian and his crew filled in the hole and then cleaned up the area.This is a brief description. There was A LOT of work involved.Very professional work.

We were hearing hammering between the walls. Tyler came out to my home to perform an evaluation. After doing several tests he quickly found the issue. We discussed several options. I ultimately opted to have the problem fixed to avoid damage to other appliances. He completed the work in a timely manner.
Peter helped a lot with explaining the root cause of our AC unit not functioning as well as it should be, and explaining why he recommended the fix/parts that he did. Took plenty of time to troubleshoot what was actually going on as opposed to just treating the symptoms, and explained in an easy-to-understand way what he found and how to fix it. He also gave good advice about simple DIY maintenance we can do moving forward to keep the system healthy! Our AC went down for the upstairs unit. We have a maintenance plan through another company but they do not provide 24/7 service. I called Goettl and I am so happy I did. The water softener (which is outside) was ruined by the recent weather. Rudy and Chris were able to diagnose the problem and replaced the softener on same day. This was critical to avoid any plumbing problems in the house. We appreciate their professionalism and attention email to detail.

My technician Jorge (George) Gutierrez was out today performing the a/c system check. He did a fabulous job and identified significant issues and concerns for the longevity of my current 12 year old system. He was very knowledgeable and helpful on what my options are and in the end I’ll be getting a new system instead of worrying about the current system failing in our extremely hot temperatures. He was very respectful of my home and my dog was ecstatic to meet him.
Frank identified the need for new faucets in the master bath and discussed my preferences. The type of faucet being replaced is no longer available (mini wide spread) so he had to do some research to come up with a solution. Had to be ordered, not surprisingly, and we appreciate his conscientious performance.
